Just before Christmas I got the opportunity to sit down and talk with Mitch Canham. Mitch has quickly made a name for himself as a head coach in the Seattle Mariners minor league system. In his 4th season he will be the head coach of the Mariners Double A affiliate Arkansas Travelers.
Before becoming a coach, Mitch played for Oregon State and was a key part of the Beavers winning World Series titles in 2006 and 2007. Mitch was drafted in the 1st round of the 2007 MLB Draft by the San Diego Padres.
