Coaches always talk up the players on their teams when asked about them. Last night Kyle Krustangel, head coach of Yakima Valley Community College, talked very highly of one of his players Connor Anderson. I always take what coaches say with a grain of salt. However, from the moment I started talking with Connor myself for the interview I could see exactly what his coach sees in him. His maturity, humility and respect was obvious as we began to talk.
He also knows how to play the game of baseball. This season he led his team in batting average at .342, RBIs 36 and tied for the team home run lead with 3.
