I never was a huge Ken Griffey Jr. fan. Don’t get me wrong, Griffey is a future Hall of Famer and one of the greats of the game. I did catch him in San Bernardino in 1988 when he played for the Spirit. So, with that said I will talk about something else.
About a week or so ago, I ran into a good friend Jon Hildebrant. We like to call him “Supe”. “Supe” is short for Superhandles. If you have never seen what Jon can do with a basketball you’re missing out, the man is flat out amazing handling the rock. Check him out at www.superhandles.com.
Anyway, I asked Jon for an interview a few months back. He hasn’t gotten it back to me yet. His hang up was my final question. I always ask for my final question to my interviewees, What’s your top 5 songs of all-time? Jon, with his million dollar smile asks me for mine. I was stumped. i couldn’t answer him right there at that time. So in true 9 inning style, I will list mine (in no particular order). So hear we go. “Supe”, this is for you my friend.
