What areas of your game have been focusing on lately to improve upon for the 2026 season?

I have been working on my bat path trying to clean it up and over all focusing on driving the ball to all parts of the yard. I have been working on footwork in the field as well as my arm strength which I have pulled down 100!!

What are some goals you hope to reach in the next year or couple of years?

In the next couple of years I want to win Gatorade player of the year. I want to win a state championship. I also want to be committed to a power 5 d1 baseball school. I want to be conference player of the year as well. I also want to be the best teammate I can be.

How long have you been playing baseball and what got you started in the game?

I started playing baseball at 3 and have played for 13 years. I started playing baseball because of how much I loved being at a field. I have been at a baseball field since I was months old and I can’t remember what my life was like before that.

What are some of your favorite things about the game of baseball?

My favorite things about baseball are the challenge it gives me day in and day out. Not only do you have to be physically strong but you have to be extremely mentally tough. I love the battle that goes on between you and the pitcher. I love being with my teammates and winning close games with them. I also just love being around it and studying the game.

Who in your life has helped push you to be your best on the field?

My dad has pushed me to be the best in the field. He has pushed me because he knows how bad I want to get to the next level but he also is a great role model and he excels at what he does. He is my main person I go to when ever I am struggling and he always knows what to say. My other coaches Brandon Mehling, Brent Mehling and Adam Hiaring have also pushed me to be the best!

If there is anything else about baseball you want to include.

Freshmen year stats: .321 BA, 35 hits, 3 HR, 25 RBI, 26BB, 16 SB
