What areas of your game have been focusing on lately to improve upon for the 2026 season?
My main area of emphasis this past off-season was continuing to work my arm strength to where I could consistently be 81 to 82 catching Velo behind the plate on throw Downs. I’ve always been able to be a low to mid 1.9 pop guy and have been working on the arm strength in an effort to get into the 1.8s. I’ve also hit the weight room hard in an effort to increase my physicality and put on 10 to 15 pounds of muscle.
What are some goals you hope to reach in the next year or couple of years?
My biggest goals for this coming spring and my senior 2027 season would be too compete to went back to back state championships. Our team is extremely loaded and we are in a very good position to make a run. I also want to be in the conversation for Southern Idaho conference player of the year as well as Allstate at the six a level.
How long have you been playing baseball and what got you started in the game?
I’ve been playing baseball since I was six years old. My dad played collegiately and independently professional baseball and he is the one that got me into the game.

What are some of your favorite things about the game of baseball?
I just love the ability to compete with my teammates. I love the challenge of knowing that you can fail seven out of 10 times and still be considered successful in our sport.
Who in your life has helped push you to be your best on the field?
My parents have always been my biggest supporter and have pushed me to always be the best version of myself. I’ve also been blessed with really high-level coaches along the way, including my current high school coaches Justin Schneidt and Brent Mehling who have helped me refine my skills and tools and put myself in a position to be an elite college prospect.
If there is anything else about baseball you want to include or write about include it here. If you have any stats from last year that can be included here as well.
I was nominated as second team 6A southern Idaho conference as a sophomore last year. I have been a full-time Baseball Northwest team, Idaho nominee and a two time Baseball Northwest national team selection. I recently committed to play at Texas A&M Texarkana.
