Latest Leaders – January 2013.
The first rankings of 2013 are out and the 9 Inning crew is starting things off right by ranking at #16 for all MLB Fan blogs by MLBlogs.com. Already this year has seen 2 new writers to the team, some AMAZING interviews, and a lot of fun thoughts on baseball.
It has always been my goal to provide a fun place where baseball can be shared in both new and old ways. I believe that this blog, the 9 Inning Facebook page and the 9 Inning Blog Talk Radio show are doing that and much, much more.
To those who read this blog on a regular basis I want to say just how much we appreciate your support. Although we would probably talk to ourselves if we had to about baseball, it is much more enjoyable to talk with other people.
To my fellow writers you have helped me transform this way beyond anything I imagined when I first started it.
Norm: Your interviews have been so much fun to read. Keep it up.
Kelly: Your ideas have been the spark I needed to write many of my own blog posts.
Scott: It has always been a pleasure to talk with you in the press box and I am excited that now others get to hear some of what goes on in that crazy place.
Mike: It is one thing to have a former professional ball player do an interview, it is another to have him join the team of writers. You are still one of my favorite players to play for the Volcanoes and having you on the team is exciting for me.
We have come a long ways but we are constantly looking for more ideas to talk baseball and share what we are doing. I would like to encourage everyone to share with your friends that are into baseball about our blog, Facebook page and our twitter accounts.
