The Red Sox have acquired LHP Chris Sale from the White Sox. The White Sox will receive INF Yoan Moncada (#1 prospect in MLB), RHP Michael Kopech (Red Sox #5 prospect), OF Luis Basabe (Red Sox #8 prospect) and Victor Diaz (Red Sox #28 prospect).
The Red Sox have signed 1B Mitch Moreland to a 1 year/$5.5 million contract.
