alcsALCS: Toronto Blue Jays (89-73) at Cleveland Indians (95-67)

Well I had both the Blue Jays and Indians losing in the NLDS. The Blue Jays had a lot better pitching then I thought and the Indians had a lot better offense then I thought. So who do I want to jinx in this round. Corey Kluber goes for the Indians in Game 1 against Marco Estrada. I give that game to the Indians but not confident in the Indians when Bauer and Tomlin pitch. I like the Indians but not sure they are going to sneak up on the Blue Jays like they did the Red Sox. I got the Blue Jays returning to the World Series for the first time since 1993 but I like I said in my ALDS Predictions post anything can happen in Cleveland this year.

ALCS MVP: Edwin Encarnacion

nlcsNLCS: Los Angeles Dodgers (91-71) at Chicago Cubs (103-58)

The Cubs and Dodgers each won their NLDS and both series were incredible. The Cubs won in four and had to make a comeback for the ages to win Game 4. The Dodgers took five games to knock out the Nationals and Game 5 was one of the best postseason games I have ever seen. Not sure when Kershaw will be available as he started Game 4 on three days rest and pitched the final two outs in Game 5. The Cubs will be rested and their rotation will be set up just the way they want it. The Dodgers are my team and always will be. Things are going to have to go perfect for them to beat the Cubbies. It will be tough and can be done but it won’t. Cubs win. Basically they are the better and should win but will they?

NLCS MVP: Javier Baez
